In November 2005, my husband and I purchased a used 2000 class C as our first true R.V. Debbie Sanders helped us to find the R.V. that was perfect for us even though we did not know it at the time. Debbie and Kirk worked with us to fix a few minor recurring flaws during the spring of 2006. During this past fall, we were still having an electrical issue that was occuring. Kirk, Larry (Service manager) and the rest of the service department kept looking for the reason for our problems. After two weeks in the service department, our R.V came back home with new parts because no one could explain why we were having such problems. This went above and beyond the call of service. Your staff went out of their way to make sure the original problems were repaired to perfection and there was no unfinished business.
We have been more than satisfied with your service and thank you for your friendly and supportive staff. It is because of people like your staff that RVing has become so enjoyable.
