A team is made up of many players - some in the spotlight and others behind the scenes. We at Diamond RV Centre know that every person on the team is equally important to it, from the one who sold you the recreational vehicle to the person who cleaned it. Who's to say but you, our customer, what was most important!! That's why there is no "I" in Team.

Marc LaBrecque, our team leader, started in the RV business in 1973 at Minuteman RV in Chicopee, MA when he began servicing, then selling tow-able RVs. He was elected to the Coleman Dealer Council, and also to Coleman's Executive Dealer Council. He served on the Coachmen RV Dealer Council from 2003 to 2004. He is a graduate of Spader's RV Management School and participates in their 20 Group. Marc has been a member of the National Hot Rod Association since 1976 and has had the opportunity and pleasure of introducing the RV lifestyle to many of his fellow motor sport enthusiasts.

Roger and Virginia LaBrecque, the team's executive RV consultants, bring with them many years of experience operating Minuteman RV in Chicopee, MA from 1971-1991. If you're looking for Roger and Virginia now, you'll find them in Florida enjoying their retirement as well as traveling in their RV.

Patty Flynn started in the RV business in 1985 at Minuteman RV working in the parts and service department. She is a graduate of Spader's Service Management Training and their total Dealer Management School. She has participated in the Dealer 20 Group and continues her RV education by attending annual RV trade shows and training seminars. Patty brings over 20 years of experience to the team. Over the years she's been involved in every aspect of the dealership, giving her the ability to help Diamond RV clients with many of their RV questions.

Kirk (Captain Kirk) Elliott got his first taste of the RV lifestyle in 1973 when he sold his first RV, beginning his thirty years in the industry. During this time, he attended numerous training seminars and received factory training, most of which included touring the plants of many top-name manufacturers, such as Holiday Rambler, Fleetwood, Winnebago and Coachmen. Kirk has been associated with Winnebago and Holiday Rambler since 1973 and was a GM for a factory-owned Holiday Rambler store. Kirk's many years of experience will make your visit here at Diamond RV a memorable one.

Larry Della Penna Larry brings to Diamond RV his 17 years experience as a mechanic servicing cars, trucks and heavy equipment. Larry is ASE Certified for gas and diesel engines as well as being chasis certified. His management experience includes 5 years as a service manager and 2 years as a shop foreman. On a personal note, Larry's wife has worked with us at Diamond RV for almost 6 years, servicing our clients as Warranty Administrator. Both team members' focus is on providing our clients with excellent customer service.

Norman (Sonny) Bergeron joined the team at Diamond RV in 2000 after 23 years in the baking industry servicing everything from hill town stores to large super-warehouse stores. Sonny had previously worked side-by-side with Marc LaBrecque from 1973-1977 at Minuteman Auto Sales and RV, so when the opportunity came, Diamond RV was quick to bring Sonny back on board. From folding trailers to luxury motorhomes, Sonny is here to fulfill all your parts and accessory needs. Sonny and his family have enjoyed the RV lifestyle since 1984.

Bob Allen joined our sales staff in 1996 with 20 years experience in the automobile business. His knowledge of the auto industry enables him to assist his customers with selecting the proper towing vehicle and appropriate drive train for their motorhome. Over his ten years with us, Bob has earned numerous awards applauding his customer sales and satisfaction expertise from Winnebago, Fleetwood and Coachmen, among them, the Winnebago Peak Performer Award since its inception. To stay on top of new technology and current model year innovations, Bob continues to expand his knowledge by attending factory-training seminars. Customer service and satisfaction are very high priorities for Bob and an attribute that Diamond RV is proud of.
